1. Service Description

OnePerson (oneperson.work) is an AI-powered product discovery engine for solo founders. We analyze public data sources and generate weekly opportunity reports.

2. Subscription

OnePerson offers both free and paid subscriptions:

• Free — weekly opportunity reports via email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
• Premium ($10/month) — 100 credits/month for deep reports, plus daily check-in stacking.
• Pro ($19/month) — unlimited deep report access and full history.

3. Disclaimer

The reports and analysis provided by OnePerson are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute business advice, investment advice, or professional recommendations.

• Opportunity analysis is based on public data and is not guaranteed for accuracy
• Any decisions made based on our reports are at your own risk
• OnePerson is not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of this service

4. Payment Processing

All membership payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing a membership, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms. Your payment method will be billed by Creem, and "Creem" or "OnePerson" will appear on your billing statement.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or use your account page. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

6. Subscription Management

You can cancel your membership at any time via your account page. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.

7. Price Changes

We will notify you via email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Price changes apply to your next renewal cycle, not your current billing period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

8. Intellectual Property

The reports and analysis content belong to OnePerson. Redistribution for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

9. Data Sources

We analyze publicly available data from third-party platforms (Hacker News, GitHub, Indie Hackers, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content.

10. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
