In 2025, I started building something called OnePerson. It began as a simple weekly scanner for Hacker News and Product Hunt — because I desperately wanted to know "what should I build?"
But I quickly realized: spotting an opportunity is easy. The hard part is knowing whether it's real — how big is the market, who's already there, how would you price it, how do you go to market? Researching that properly takes days, every single time.
