When you subscribe to OnePerson weekly reports, we collect your email address. If you subscribe to a paid membership, we also store your membership tier and subscription status. We do not store your credit card or billing information.

2. How We Use It

Your email is used solely for:

  • Sending weekly opportunity reports
  • Sending test emails you request

3. Data Storage

Your email is stored in Resend's (resend.com) audience list. Membership data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com). Both are SOC 2 compliant services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe link
  • Delete — contact [email protected] to request deletion
  • Access — contact us to learn what data we hold

5. Compliance

This service complies with:

  • GDPR (EU) — access, deletion, and unsubscribe rights
  • CCPA (California) — no sale of personal information
  • PIPL (China) — data minimization principles

6. Payment Processing

All membership payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem collects and stores your payment information (credit card, billing address) securely. OnePerson does not have access to your full payment details. Creem's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate OnePerson:

  • Creem — payment processing (creem.io)
  • Supabase — authentication and database (supabase.com)
  • Resend — email delivery (resend.com)

8. Cookies

OnePerson uses minimal cookies:

  • Authentication — Supabase sets a session cookie to keep you logged in
  • Payment — Creem checkout may set session cookies during the payment flow
  • Language preference — stored in your browser's localStorage

9. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Email subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe
  • Membership data — retained for 12 months after cancellation, then anonymized
  • Credit transaction history — retained for the lifetime of your account
